NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
INTERIM USE PERMIT AMENDMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of St. Augusta will hold a public hearing at City Hall at 1914 250th Street on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on an application to amend an interim use permit for a mining permit that was issued by the City on August 20, 2024 on property located at 22213 28th Avenue in St. Augusta (“IUP”).  The application seeks to amend the IUP to adjust the hours of operation allowed in the IUP.

The legal description of the subject property is on file at City Hall.  Plans for the property are available for review at City Hall.

If you desire to be heard in reference to this matter, comments may be made at the public hearing or submitted by email to bmccabe@staugustamn.com prior to the hearing.
