NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: the Planning Commission of the City of St. Augusta will hold a public hearing to discuss an application for a rezone submitted by Quad Holdings, LLC. Quad Holding LLC is requesting a zoning change to I-1, Limited Industrial District from A-1, General Agricultural for property located between Galaxy Road and 230th Street (legal description available at City Hall.) The hearing will be held on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 6:00pm.
